Who we are

FoodPremi operates the website foodpremi.in, a Gorakhpur-focused food discovery platform. Contact: foodpremigkp@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account details if you sign in (via our authentication provider), such as email and profile identifiers needed to operate owner or admin dashboards.
• Information you submit in contact, listing, claim, or lead forms (for example name, phone, email, and message content).
• Restaurant listing content provided by owners or editors (menus, photos, hours, and similar).
• Aggregated interaction events on listings (such as call, WhatsApp, directions, or listing views) used to understand product usage ? only if you allow Analytics cookies. These events are tied to a restaurant listing, not to a marketing profile of you as an individual.
• Preference storage (city, recent searches, recently viewed restaurants) when you allow Preferences ? this helps the site feel faster on repeat visits by remembering your shortcuts locally.
• Necessary storage for security/session (authentication cookies), theme, and your cookie consent choice.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate the directory, respond to enquiries, improve listings, prevent abuse, and measure which listing actions are useful. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication, and image storage) to run the site. Lead or claim details may be shared with the relevant restaurant owner when that is the purpose of your submission. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can request access or correction of personal information you submitted by emailing foodpremigkp@gmail.com. You can also report an inaccurate listing.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are published.
